• Do not share your password with anyone.

• Notify us immediately of any suspicious activity.

Account Closure & Suspension

ac363 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Providing false information.

Deposit Rules

Deposits on ac363 are currently accepted through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. You must provide the correct amount and payment reference when making a deposit. ac363 will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account promptly.
• If you experience any issues during a deposit, contact support immediately.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes after verification.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Welcome Bonus

New members on ac363 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party.
• Each promotion may be used once per member, household, address, or device.
• If abuse of bonuses or fraud is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ac363 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

VIP Program

The ac363 VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Permitted Use

The ac363 platform may only be used for legitimate entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, manipulation, or any form of deception.
